Routine Service of Process: $75 - Service on one defendant/witness includes up to 4 attempts at any one address over 8 days, beginning within 48 hours of receipt.
Rush Service of Process: $110 - Service on one defendant/witness includes up to 4 attempts at any one address over 4 days, beginning within 24 hours of receipt.
Emergency Service of Process: $145 - Service on one defendant/witness includes up to 3 attempts, beginning immediately upon receipt, over 2 days.
We accept all process serving requests via our email address, Rule4Service@gmail.com. Please include the names and addresses of the individuals/parties to be served and a list of the documents you need delivered. We will send you a link to prepay by credit card and after that is processed, service attempts will begin (local attorneys and firms will be invoiced following service completion). Once service is complete, we will email you a proof of service for you to file with the applicable court.
